Welcome to the SF EAC Website!
The San Francisco Employer Advisory Council (SF EAC) is composed of employer volunteers representing a cross section of business and industry. The EAC was developed to promote a stronger partnership between the California Employment Development Department (EDD) and the business community. Its commitment is to assist employers in conducting their business more effectively and efficiently, to provide information on employment-related issues, and to enhance the communication between the EDD and the private sector.

Benefits of the SF EAC Membership include:
- Government Access: Employer Advisory Council (EAC) coordinators are EDD employees which allows a link to EDD Services. For example, you can access labor market information, payroll tax information, and CalJOBS database support.
- Current Information on Legislation and Regulations: The CEAC (California Employer Advisory Council) keeps abreast of all upcoming and expiring legislative happenings in the capitol and throughout the state and shares the information with members.

- Fantastic Seminars: Some of the most informative and in-depth seminars are available in your area. A range of relevant topics about the current employment climate are presented by experts in the field.
- Take Time for You: Each EAC presents opportunities for personal development. Practice networking with your peers, learn new information from seminars, and utilize attendance to help recertify in your profession.
- HRCI/SHRM Credits: Earn HRCI and SHRM credits for HR Education and Professional Development.
- CalJOBs System (EDD): Free and immediate assistance listing your job openings on CalJOBSSM system (EDD) and having access to a pool of job ready applicants.

San Francisco EAC 2025 Annual membership dues:
- Individual Membership: $75
- Group Annual Membership (max 3 at a Company): $115
- Student Annual Membership: $45
- One-Time Attendance: $30
Part of the membership proceeds will sponsor the Scholarship Program, which is designed to encourage individuals to advance their academic preparation for careers in business and HR.
