This is a two-hour live webinar that satisfies the California training requirement mandated by AB 1825, SB 1343, and SB 7780. The first hour is for employees and supervisors together, and the second hour will be specifically for supervisors.
The training will discuss what harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and abusive conduct in the workplace looks like, how to identify such conduct, and what all employees can do to contribute to maintaining a respectful working environment. We will review these concepts using real-world examples.
Attendees will participate through responding to polls and quizzes, chatting, and asking questions. Attendance will be tracked, and certificates of attendance will be provided.
