
Welcome to our website! Our focus is to facilitate communications between EDD and employers, which will promote a greater understanding of employer needs, and EDD’s ability to meet to those needs. The IVEAC goals are to:
- Improve EDD Services
- Foster cooperation and communication between EDD and the private sector
- Increase employer knowledge of EDD programs and services
- Sponsor Employer Seminars and Business Related Workshops
We invite you to become a member of the Imperial Valley Employer Advisory Council. As an employer, we need your membership in order to improve our services to you. Help us to become more responsive to your needs. IVEAC annual membership dues are $30.00.
2023 IVEAC Scholarship Award
The Imperial Valley Employer Advisory Council (IVEAC) is focused on connecting Imperial Valley employers with a developed workforce. We are committed to supporting them obtain qualified job seekers by helping high school seniors fulfill their dreams of obtaining higher education. These students began their journey of academic excellence, positive leadership, and dedication to service at our local schools. Now the IVEAC scholarship recipients will be able to continue throughout their careers to serve others and realize their full potential to enhance our communities and create their legacy.
The scholarship renewably allows scholarship recipients to apply for an additional award for the Fall quarter/semester of their 2nd year of college if they maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA and are active in the school or community.
