Our Training Seminar will focus on preparing you to implement the new laws that become effective January 1, 2021 and to ensure you are complying with the laws that became effective earlier this year. We will discuss how these new requirements impact the day-to-day operations of employers and modifications that need to be made to your policies and procedures. Some of the hot topics will include:
- Independent Contractor Test and Exceptions.
- Cal-OSHA COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard.
- The California Family Rights Act (CFRA) expanded to employers with five plus employees with new rules.

About the Presenters
