The State of California requires all employers of over 50 employees on payroll to receive such prevention training every two years and within 6 month of employment for new supervisors. This program meets all requirements including the ones related to the minimum requirements of presenter and minimum requirements of developer of training. A certificate will be provided to any participant who is in attendance for a full 2 hours.

At Cisco systems, Jaime worked with formulating their SOX processes in order to pass audit. She has facilitated the IPO process, and has also addressed the needs of privately held technology companies.
As the needs of industry, employers, and governmental compliance change and grow, Jaime shares her knowledge generously. She developed and presents Training Programs to managers and staff employees on many sought after subjects. Using proven proactive processes, Jaime has an established track record of successfully defending employers in Department of Labor complaints and Employment Development Department appeals. She is dedicated to helping clients avoid the threat of lawsuit and litigation. Jaime resourcefully and positively affects clients’ top interests, while protecting their time, money, and reputation.
