Kurt Bockes is special counsel with the law firm of Littler Mendelson, P.C. in its San Francisco office. He represents and advises clients in all aspects of employment law and regularly appears in California state and federal courts. His experience includes equal employment opportunity laws and practices, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and class actions. Mr. Bockes received his bachelor and master’s degree from Michigan State University, and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin.
Katherine Marie Kimsey is an associate in Littler Mendelson’s San Francisco office. She advises and represents employers in all labor and employment law matters. During law school at the University of San Francisco, Katie was a senior editor on the Maritime Law Journal. As a member of the moot court team, she competed in the Wagner Moot Court Competition at New York Law School. Before law school, Katie served in the U.S. Navy for five years as a surface warfare officer where she led and managed sailors. She is also a graduate of George Washington University in Washington D.C.
