At Cisco systems, Jaime worked with formulating their SOX processes in order to pass audit. She has facilitated the IPO process, and has also addressed the needs of privately held technology companies.
As the needs of industry, employers, and governmental compliance change and grow, Jaime shares her knowledge generously. She developed and presents Training Programs to managers and staff employees on many sought after subjects. Using proven proactive processes, Jaime has an established track record of successfully defending employers in Department of Labor complaints and Employment Development Department appeals.
