Speakers:
Ashley Pham partners with employers to counsel and defend them in all areas of labor and employment law, including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. She collaborates with business owners, HR departments, and employers to design and implement workplace policies and to draft employee-employer agreements, including employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, on-duty meal period agreements, alternative work arrangements, benefits, and severance packages.
Whether providing preventative counseling or litigation defense, Ashley uses the law as a vehicle to solve employers’ business problems and further their business interests.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Ashley practiced insurance defense and real estate litigation. While in law school, Ashley worked in legal departments at CoreLogic, Vizio, Inc., and St. John Knits and she clerked with the U.S. Small Business Administration. She was an editor of the Nexus Journal of Law and Policy, an academic fellow for contract drafting courses, and a student ambassador. Additionally, she became a certified mediator and clerked with the Entertainment Law Clinic. Ashley was president of the Chapman Women Lawyers Association and was honored to receive the 2017 National Association of Women Lawyers Award upon her graduation.

With extensive experience working with a diverse set of clients, The-An emphasizes collaboration and adaptability to get to the root of issues and achieve exceptional results. She joined Fisher Phillips after focusing on employment, real estate and construction, and general business dispute matters at a firm in Newport Beach, California.
