The guest speakers will cover the following topics:

- Workers' Compensation Fraud - What an Employer Should Know
- Workers' Compensation Fraud - A Prosecutor’s Perspective
- Ergonomics Training & Information
The topics covered will provide you with detailed information on how to properly handle Workers' Compensation claims, avoid fraudulent claims, and minimize insurance premium increases.
Tentatively, there will be training on Office Ergonomics, which includes an interactive exercise.
Jennifer Lentz Snyder is a 27 year veteran of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, serving for the past four years as the Head Deputy of the Healthcare Fraud Division. In 1997, Jennifer was named one of the top lawyers in the state by California Lawyer magazine. In 2011, Jennifer was again recognized as one of the top 100 Lawyers in California by the Daily Journal, California’s legal newspaper. She is a member of the California District Attorneys Association. She earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine School of Law.
Paul Palkovic, Vice President, Bolton & Company, has over 30 years of experience in helping employers manage risks, care for their employees and protect their assets. He works directly with claims management & human resource specialists. He is a designated Associate of Risk Management (ARM) and a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). He is involved with the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter Society (CPCU) and the Bolton Foundation.
Stephanie Nobriga, Certified Ergonomist, Bolton & Company, has been in the workers’ compensation industry since 1986. She has been a loss control consultant for the past 25 years specializing in ergonomics and wellness.
