Please join SEAC for a lively discussion on how to identify and hire the employees who are a right fit for both the position and the employer. All employers struggle with finding those perfect employees for the job - employee turnover is increasingly costly and disruptive to employers. In order to find the employee who is that "right fit" many employers are turning to work-style or personality tests, background investigations, and other methods to try to identify the most desirable candidates. However, in doing so, some employers are running afoul of anti-discrimination and privacy laws. This breakfast seminar will address the recruiting and hiring methods that are available to help employers identify the best candidates, all while complying with state and federal laws.
