The pandemic has brought many changes to how we live, work, daily routines, financial pressures and perhaps even social isolation. Information overload, workplace rumors or misinformation can add another layer of anxiety and make anyone feel unclear about what to do. Recognizing what’s typical and what’s not becomes the challenge. We will discuss some of the warning signs of mental health problems, barriers to employee disclosures, and how to successfully address mental health issues in the workplace to include, discussion of reasonable accommodation and the interactive process.
Qualifies for 1.0 PDC Recertification Credit with SHRM. Activity Code will be provided at the conclusion of the webinar.
