California’s new equal pay laws require employers to be able to justify pay disparities that exist across employees of different sexes, races and ethnicities. Are you ready and able to do this? Also, the EEOC will require larger employers to submit pay information on an expanded EEO-1 form starting next year. This presentation will address how these new requirements will affect your organization and how likely it is that we will see widespread litigation over pay disparities.
