She advises and represents employers on a broad range of employment matters\, from employee complaints and demand letters through settlements\, administrative proceedings\, alternative dispute resolution\, and trial. \nHer experience includes matters involving employment contracts\, CFRA and FMLA leaves\, discrimination\, harassment and retaliation\, PAGA\, wage and hour issues\, and wrongful termination. Kristin also advises employers on day-to-day human resources matters\, compliance\, policy updates\, internal investigations\, employee training\, and strategies for avoiding employment law pitfalls. She regularly speaks and writes on California employment law and the challenges facing employers in an evolving legal landscape.
