Date / Time
Wednesday, June 15, 2022
9:00 am - 11:00 am
A continuing challenge for employers in California is knowing when employees are entitled to time off from work and whether employees should be paid for that time off. Recently, California amended the California Family Rights Act (CFRA) to apply to companies with as few as 5 employees. This presentation will discuss the many overlapping California leave of absence statutes. This seminar is pending HRCI credits.
