Details: Join us for a lively and interactive 1 1/2 hour skill building session. We will begin with a demonstration of a nondirective coaching model.
By using this method you can assist others in identifying solutions from within themselves when they come to you for help.
Participants will work in pairs and have the opportunity to practice using the coaching model and receive feedback from a peer.
